Investment scenarios can be helpful to facilitate a portfolio review with your governance team. Consider preparing them in advance. PMI New Media Council Launched

In an effort to better understand emerging trends, and connect to those who get their project management information from the Internet, PMI has just launched the PMI New Media Council. I'm also pleased to add that I've been asked to be part of this council, along with seven other "influential voices," as PMI calls us.
