As a teacher in a Technical and Further Education institute I am always on the lookout for resources that can be used by our students. I have now posted a link to this website on our e-learning page, as it contains some really good resources for the PM component of the Adv Dip in Public Safety (Emergency Management). The students' skills will eventually be used in an emergency services role.

Thanks PMOPINIONS and OfficeAdd.in, I'd have been a project manager in the company I'm serving for more than two years, and now, to improve the level of project management, I was assigned to build a basic PMO or such a organization to train people, spread the theory and best practice in project management, I also felt helpless in how to build a sample system or structure for projects. and I found here through thepmpodcast.com and found this FREE PM Templates, I'd download them all, and yes, it's very good and definitely goes well in the junior PMO. thanks to all of you!

I have been a Project Manager at a new company for the last 2 years. When I started working there I was presented with a number of templates that the Vice President of Project Management had developed. We have had a number of issues with Projects we have managed using those templates, A fellow Project Manager from another company sent me a copy of the Project Status Report and the Project Management Plan templates form PM Opinions, I sent them to my VP and he was so impressed that he asked to start using them for internal projects.

Since we have started using them for internal Project the efficiency of the Project have increase by 50%.
