The application of best practice processes, appropriate training and thorough implementation are also required to obtain the desired outcome. Kildrummy recognizes that project stakeholders vary widely in skills, experience, and “need to know.” Therefore, we offer a varied menu of training courses that includes and supports the entire project team.

Kildrummy also offers Custom Workshops which focus on the areas of greatest need for your project team, using your own project data or case studies. For example, custom courses include Reporting for Managers, which familiarizes managers with Kildrummy® CostMANAGER and assists them in gathering and analyzing the report information they require on their own project data. Another popular custom course is our Refresher Workshop, designed for those who wish to refresh their Kildrummy® software skills with their own project data base.

All courses reflect Kildrummy’s commitment to quality education and can be performed at our training facility or at the customer’s site. Class size remains small to encourage participation and ensure a consistently high level of learning experience.
