Anyone still thinking that PMBOK Guide is a "Methodology"? No, it's not! It gives you no templates to fill, but just the "basis" for deliver a project from beginning to end.
So what? What should a Project Manager use during his job? Templates used during previous works (that were usually created for those cases, so they're not universal), or maybe general templates created by someone else.
And so... "MPMM Project Management Methodology" is a great way to apply PMBOK strategies into real life experience. By following PMBOK Guide's Processes, MPMM builds up templates to ease the job of PMs and PM Teams. The underlying software makes it easy to navigate through areas of competence and linked deliverables, and after explaining what each area is for, it gives examples from working cases, and explains how the final deliverables should be compiled; in the end a void template (but with short descriptions within) becomes the basis for the final deliverable.
MPMM is an invaluable help during the real day-to-day work, but also in preparing for the PMP exam it lets understand more easily what each document is for, what it is made up of, and what is its real meaning.
Besides, all documents and processes can be personalized, so that any industry-specific and Company-specific methodology can fit in.
